1921 cencus

my father was only six years old when his parents died,in 1932. alas he never new much about his father (where he was born etc)my father passed away 21years years ago, and i have been trying to find my grandfathers place of birth (county) now for the last two and a half years.If i had the 1921 cencus it will solve my problem and save my sanity i could move forward

Since you are questioning release of the UK 1926 Census data I’ll assume you have strong vibes that your father and grandparents were born and/or lived in the UK prior to 1932.
If you have not yet researched:- freebmd.rootsweb.com I would start there. Start researching Births. Father’s name, 1926 Mar – Dec 1926 this index records both father’s and mother’s names; Marriages. Grandparents’ names, assume father only child, 1920 Mar – 1926 Dec this index records both your grandparents names. Deaths. Grandparents names, 1932 Mar – 1932 Dec this index records grandparents names and ages at time of death. Send for applicable certificates
Pending what you find on freebmd.rootsweb.com go back to 1911 Census - hopefully - with additional grandparents input data.
